SHIPPING POLICY

we ship nationwide across Pakistan.

delivery is a flat PKR 250 on all orders. spend over PKR 2000 and shipping is on us.

once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, it's packed by hand and handed over for delivery. orders usually arrive within 5-8 business days depending on your city. you'll receive tracking updates directly from our delivery partner once your parcel is on its way.

we offer cash on delivery and bank transfer. for cash on delivery, please keep exact change ready for the rider. for bank transfer, your order ships once payment is confirmed.

one small ask: please make sure your address is complete, including your city, before you place your order. parcels go missing more often than you'd think over a forgotten "city" field, and a complete address means yours actually reaches you.

if your rider's out delivering in the heat, a little kindness goes a long way. a glass of water never hurt anyone.
